I disagree with you on a couple of these. Paranoid is a mediocre song by a very mediocre artist. Smells Like Teen Spirit is OK - for a first listen. The other ones are pretty excellent songs. You should prolly put every Nickelback song on the worst list.

Paranoid Android is a brilliant song by a brilliant song writer and musician. Smells like teen spirit was a song that defined a generation of kids.

Every Nickleback song is going on and any and every emo band. My chemical romance and all that crap is going on there. Anything EMO will be one of the things on the list.

But Radiohead isn't a mediocre band, you should listen to more of their stuff, its brilliant musically and lyrically.

Ummm..I believe Jon was talking about Paranoid by Black Sabbath. Black Sabbath was a mediocre band. Radiohead.....good.

Sabbath was a very influential band though. Paranoid was a massive hit. One of the most covered songs ever. #1 Metal song of all time on many lists. It was quite the song. So it deserves a spot.

So were the Backstreet boys... Doesn't make them good musicians. Hitler was a very influentian individual, does that make him a good person?

I won't comment on the "emo" comments. If you wanna know what I think about that drop me a line...

Well, this is your list so who am I to disagree.
I like the lists that are more "mood" oriented, like, "the best driving songs". Of course, that could be reduced to "best driving songs when you are going to the Whiteshell", or "best driving songs when you are going to church", or "best driving songs when you have been dumped by your girlfriend", "or best driving songs when you have been dumped by your girlfriend but the relationship was terrible anyway so you are pretty o.k. with it except that you wish it had been you who dumped her first". You know, lists like that would be cool.
